- Administrative Support Manage general office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Social Media Management Develop, schedule, and post content on various social media platforms to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.
- Website Updates Regularly update website content, including posting news, blog entries, and other relevant information to keep our site current and informative.
- Document Management Organize and maintain digital and physical files, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
- Event Coordination Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and other company functions as needed.
- Customer Service Provide excellent service to visitors and clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
